The Posh Blonde is a specialty boutique. As with industry standard in formal dress and accessories sales, we have a strict no returns / refunds / or exchanges policy. We do not offer any returns, refunds or exchanges on any purchases made in-store or online or placed on layaway. No exceptions.

How we are different...
We offer private in-store appointments. You may schedule an appointment before purchasing any in-store item to ensure the fit and quality of the item. No more standing in long lines to dress shop! Book a time convenient to your schedule & shop comfortably with a 1 on 1 experience like no other!
Some items listed on our website may not be available in-store. You may call to check availability and place an order for these or another dress by any of the designers we work with. You may make an appointment to get your measurements taken by our stylist and try on similar items from the same manufacturer to help assure you that the item will fit before ordering, however, we cannot make any guarantees. We cannot return these special orders to the manufacturer, therefore we are unable to offer any cancellations, refunds or exchanges once the order is placed.
We do not process your payment until we have confirmed your item(s) is in stock.
We make every effort to keep our stock levels accurate. If it occurs that we do not have the item in stock for your order, we will check stock levels with the manufacturer and inform you if it is available to order. If it is unavailable, your order will be canceled. We make every effort to avoid this by only showing our current in-store inventory on our website and asking that you please contact us to check stock levels for additional colors/size/style options.
We are an authorized seller for several Formals Dress Manufacturers. The manufacturers will have many colors, sizes and styles of items we do not currently have in our store. Their stock levels change daily as items are received and purchased. If you see an item you want by a designer we work with, please contact us. If it is available, we can order it for you. Please contact us with the style #, color and size needed, so we may confirm availability for you. We are happy to order these and you may choose to have them sent to our store for inspection before in-store pickup or before shipping to you. Please note if we have the item shipped directly to you, we will be unable to inspect them.
We will confirm availability and discuss shipping options with you and will then make the item available for you to purchase on our website. We feel this provides our customers with the best customer service and transparency when shopping with us.

We offer FREE In-Store Pickup! Simply select when checking out. Please call or msg to confirm a Pickup Day & Timeframe or stop by during our Walk-In Hours. We cannot hold items indefinitely. Any item not picked up within 30 days will be forfeited and no refunds will be given.
*Please Note: Some websites will show all items as available in all colors and all sizes only to later cancel the order. We DO NOT operate this way. We are a small business with a brick & mortar storefront. We believe our customers should know what items are actually in stock at our storefront in their respective colors and size available or whether we will be ordering it from the manufacturer before purchasing. We pride ourselves on the excellent customer service we provide.
We are extremely particular about the quality of our products! We personally inspect every item as it arrives at our store and thoroughly check all items again before shipping.
We offer LAYAWAY Payment Plans in-store only. Please call to ask about payment options.
We make every effort to ensure you are thoroughly satisfied with your purchase! By adhering to these policies we are able to keep our prices affordable for all our customers. We encourage you to shop at our storefront when possible and schedule a private appointment, so you may try on your item(s) in a calm, low pressure environment or visit during walk-in hours.
